The intermediate frequency heating hydraulic elbow machine pusher is mainly used to produce elbow pipe fittings of various diameters and wall thicknesses with a radius of curvature of 1 to 2.5D. The equipment has integrated ultra-short stress line cone die expansion, digital control of intermediate frequency induction heating, and application of no back pressure and low energy consumption hydraulic transmission technology. Electromagnetic reversing valves are used for opening and closing of all gates, which realize dual control of the gate site and operation platform, and at the same time increase multiple operation automation technologies such as hydraulic alignment and clamping of raw steel pipes, and combine the technology of the factory's hot pipe expansion machine. Manufactured hydraulic pushing equipment such as a four-cylinder pushing machine for extra-large and thick elbow pipe fittings. After the equipment is equipped with an intermediate frequency power supply heating intelligent constant temperature control system, it can realize one-person operation and control multiple equipment, energy saving, environmental protection, safe operation and other functions.
